Black Walnut Syrup
In late winter each year, we anticipate the beginning of spring with the start of the sap flow - in our neck of the woods, there’s an abundance of black walnut trees and for the past few years we’ve been tapping them to make our very own black walnut syrup! More robust and deep than maple syrup, we enjoy it on pancakes, in our coffee or drizzled on a bowl of yogurt with homemade granola!
Small bottles contain 6 ounces and bulk jars contain 16 ounces.
